Lever deflectors

These are the simplest and most cost-effective low-speed sorters, which often work in conjunction with conventional roller or belt conveyors. Their sorting speed is usually up to 30 units/min.
Such equipment sorts goods weighing up to 70 kg and can be used for sorting in two directions.
In one of the embodiments of such equipment – across the conveyor, at the point of removal, there is a stationary / movable deflector lever or a plate. Going
along the conveyor, the box bumps into a lever and collides from the conveyor to the side onto another conveyor or into a chute. There must be a large distance between the boxes on the conveyor so that each next box in front of the deflector does not collide with the previous one and does not prevent it from moving off the conveyor.
