Description
The use of manipulators ensures a high speed of stacking corrugated blanks on pallets in a minimum time. The system consists of 2 robots: the first robot forms the layers at a speed of 30 cycles per minute, the second robot transfers the layers to the bottom sheet or pallet.
The position of each layer is aligned by a centering device, ensuring proper load distribution, thereby increasing the overall life of the equipment.
